Do i need to print my e-ticket?

No – unless specified by our client services team pre-event (post-booking)

Is it possible to add another ticket to my order?

I did not receive my booking confirmation?

Please email hospitality@aokevents.com stating your event details and we’d be delighted to resend them.

Is there a minimum age restriction to attend?

Yes – children under the age of 5 are not permitted in Experiences by Wembley.

When will i receive my tickets?

Approximately 3 days before the event.

Are bags allowed in Wembley Stadium?

Only of A4 size or smaller. This is a Wembley Stadium policy. There is no left luggage facility at the stadium.
